The location in a pretty nice area was amazing and particularly good and there were all major stores and local stores nearby. The room we had included central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave.

The staff is efficient here, the services are great, and location is excellent close enough to a beautiful beach and the main shops plus local stores, cafes and beach and Southern Hawke's Bay. The rooms are good little and new-fashioned and generally offer a dining area, a seating area, and an iron with ironing board.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Waikanae beach, the estuary, shops, cafes, and the main amenities. The property's bar is fantastic, and we had an excellent experience overall.

Stayed in a tiny boat shed cabin with no towels provided, but the decor was nice and the bed was comfy. the amenity block was clean and the showers had excellent pressure and heat. there was a Top 10 member discount available, and the receptionist was very friendly and efficient.
Honestly, there wasn't much to rave about. the facilities were very basic and the cabin was small, even for a tiny house enthusiast like me.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful holiday park. the location was perfect- just a short walk from the sandy beach and down the estuary at night. the cabin accommodations were spotless and the facilities were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the playground and the Boatshed cabins' creative design. Not to mention the friendly staff and breathtaking morning view.
It's a shame that some areas surrounding the beach had a lot of rubbish, but this didn't detract from our overall enjoyable experience.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right next to a charming cafe and just steps away from the gorgeous beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the fact that they offered daily garbage and compost collection was a nice touch.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We had a memorable stay at Foxton Beach Holiday Park. The cabins were comfortable and spacious, providing a cozy retreat. The park was wonderfully quiet during the designated hours, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing experience. We also loved the great BBQ area and the shaded outdoor space, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The service and cleanliness were impeccable, surpassing our expectations. We were grateful for the manager's exceptional help during a complication that arose during our stay. The beach being just a doorstep away was a fantastic bonus. We truly can't rate this holiday park high enough, it exceeded all other resorts and hotels we've stayed at. Thank you to the dedicated housekeeping staff, groundsman, and reception team for making us feel at home.
Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we wished that the toilet block near the cabins was upgraded sooner. Thankfully, there were signs indicating that the upgrade was in progress and judging by the state of the newer communal blocks, we know they will be great once completed.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The cabin I stayed in was tidy and had all the amenities I needed. It was so warm and comfortable, even on chilly nights. The view from my cabin was absolutely breathtaking, and I loved being so close to the beach. I could easily go for relaxing walks in the morning or evening. The outside lights that turned on at night were a great safety feature. The staff were attentive and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. They even popped out to check on me before I left in the morning. this place was a dream come true!
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Just returned from a wonderful holiday in a cute cabin by the beach. The amenities were very clean, and the staff gave us a warm welcome. The location is perfect, only a short stroll to the beach and the local store has everything needed to prepare meals. The added bonus was the friendly takeaways spot up the road, reasonably priced and tasty food for everyone. A comfortable and budget-friendly stay for pensioners.
The website can be slightly misleading, as we expected a motel room but booked a cabin. Although the cabin was well-kept and came with a nice set of clean towels, the lack of heating and mats made the room a bit sparse.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
